Where is my order?

All wax items are made to order as stated in each items description! It will be 4-8 weeks (depending on the collection) from ordering that it will leave my door and start making its way to you!

If you ordered any non wax products such as jewelry or clothing with wax products, they will all ship together. If you'd like for your non wax products to arrive sooner, you must checkout two separate times and pay shipping twice.

When will you restock?

Due to high demand, we are limited to what we are able to keep in stock. We frequently post about when and what we are restocking on our instagram (@shopaugustalchemy) so give us a follow there to stay in the loop!

Why does my candle have a bumpy top or discoloring around the jar?

We make our candles with an all natural soy wax blend because not only is it better for you, but it is better for the environment! The only difference is that due to the natural quality of soy wax, it can tend to have a few cosmetic defects. But don't worry! Your candle will still burn perfectly fine (and even longer than a standard paraffin wax candle).

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at matea@augustalchemy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

My candle arrived broken, what do I do?

August Alchemy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team (matea@augustalchemy.com) directly to file a claim and we'll work to get you a replacement ASAP. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International orders & custom taxes.

August Alchemy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
